How does it work?
RepairPhone.Sg provides door-to-door repair for your phones, tablets, computers and laptops at your convenience. We offer a variety of services such as iPhone repair, iPhone screen repair, Samsung Phone repair and many more, plus we travel down to your home, office or any nearby location of your preference. Repairs will only take 25 to 60 minutes. You’ll need to place your order in our website. You’ll receive a SMS/email confirmation when the timing is confirmed.
Any extra hidden charges?
The price quoted is nett and auto-generated on our website. There are no additional costs whatsoever.
Is there any warranty from RepairPhone.Sg for the repair?
Yes, RepairPhone.Sg provides warranty for the parts replaced, length depending on which faulty part. The warranty covers defects not owing to subsequent physical damage by customer, and relating to the part(s) that have been replaced only.
How do I pay?
Please make payment via cash once the repair is completed.
What are RepairPhone.Sg operating hours?
Every day, except Chinese New Year Eve and days 1, 2 and 3. We operate from 11am to 9pm daily.
What does the warranty cover?
Broken screen/LCD and any other repaired or replaced parts that do not work after repair.
Warranty is limited to the parts and service(s) that were paid for.
What is not covered by the warranty?
After RepairPhone.Sg technician repairs the device, the warranty does not protect against:
- Damage resulting from attempted customer self repairs
- Water damage
- Subsequent mishandling or drop that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack
- Tampering with internal hardware or software
- Jailbroken devices
- New damages unrelated to the original repair
- Any loss of data occurring as a result of the repair – customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair attempt
Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist.
Will my device still be under Apple/Samsung/Sony/manufacturer warranty after the repair?
If you had dropped your handphone or tablet and its screen or LCD had cracked, the phone’s original manufacturer warranty would have already been voided.
